AROUND THE BELTWAY: USING YOUR THREE BRAINS
with Bob Gordon, MS in Behavioral Science,
MS in Counseling and MA in Applied Healing Arts
Did you know you have three brains? I'm not talking about the reptilian, limbic, and neocortex. I'm talking about your skull-encased brain, your heart brain, and your gut brain. Each has its own massive network of neurons and its own distinct role. Like an orchestra, the three brains can work in synchrony to produce a harmonic chord. Or they can create a clash between what we think and what we feel. By understanding the three brains we can arrive at a point where we make better decisions. And we can help our clients do the same.
Participation in this seminar will:
Learn and practice Mindful Focusing to access and
align your three brains for whole-bodied wisdom and decision making.
