For quite a few years now, I have been presenting Imago Weekend Workshops for Couples, which are called "Getting the Love You Want". They are being done all over the world and I am the only Certified Imago Singles and Couples Workshop Presenter in the Greater Annapolis area. ​These Workshops are extremely illuminating and transformative for couples.

The intensive two day Couples Workshop will help you to create more intimacy and freedom with your partner…. Imago Ideas are based on the book, “Getting the Love You Want” by Harville Hendrix. Other Imago books are authored by Harville and Helen LaKelly Hunt.

This Workshop is for you if:

• You want to enrich or improve communication in an already good relationship
  
• You are beginning a relationship you want to keep
  
• You are struggling and want to resolve painful conflict
  
• You desire more passion and aliveness in your relationship
  
• You are close to breaking up and trying to decide

Together, will explore old patterns and facilitate new, effective ways to be in a relationship. You and your partner will learn about research-based communication skills and will practice the skills to discover a new sense of intimacy. The workshop is for married/unmarried couples to learn new tools for turning conflict into healing opportunities and to expand their capacity to live in joy.

The workshop will include lectures, guided imagery, and written exercises. Along with the latest research on how to expand couples’ capacity to love will be demonstrations of skills and processes. Each couple, in privacy, will practice the skills known to increase safety, freedom and passion. Confidentiality and safety will be maintained throughout the weekend. Instructional manuals will be provided to use during, and after, the workshop.

These Workshops are often thought to be worth weeks of private Couples Counseling.
