As we continue to live in this challenging time, our “normal” opportunities for sharing with and supporting couples are no longer possible.  We have been focused on revising some old experiences and creating new ones.  We hope this will be relevant and helpful. 

Intimacy is part of our Essence.  It is something we need and long for in order to experience Full Aliveness.  And, yet it is often difficult, scary, hurtful, shaming, and confusing.  What makes it so hard?

During these six hours together, we will explore the definition and different types of intimacy. We will describe the components for creating the safety necessary to experience intimate connection.

Using a variety of dialogues, you will privately explore and communicate your personal needs and ways of expressing intimacy with your Partner. We will be available to support you during these processes.

Finally, you will create two action plans based on what you have learned about yourself and your Partner. Your personal plan will identify ways you will contribute to your Space to support and build intimacy. Together you will create a plan to consciously move toward a more intimate connection.

Times:  9:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m.; 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.; 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (EDT)
