Ann has been on a lifelong pilgrimage of exploring and integrating psychology and spirituality. With more than 30 years experience, she integrates family systems, psychodynamics, body focus, spirituality and Jungian psychology. Ann enjoys facilitating Women\'s Groups, Dream Groups and offers a yearly Dream Retreat Weekend for Women. She has special expertise in Voice Dialogue, a technique that enables people to grow in greater self-awareness by understanding the energy of each of the many inner selves and how those selves influence choice. She uses Voice Dialogue with Individuals, Groups and Couples and trains therapists in this technique.
